LEASE APPLICATION PROCEDURE
By submitting this application I am agreeing to provide Sunroad Marina the following PRIOR TO arrival of my vessel at the marina:

1. A copy of the current registration or documentation.
2. A copy of your certificate of insurance naming Sunroad additional insured.
3. A current photo of your vessel, preferably a side view.
 
Auto debit from checking account required for slip fee
Acceptance of vessel is subject to inspection upon arrival. Failure to obtain approval shall terminate any agreement.
APPLICATION FEE: $50.00. Fee is NON REFUNDABLE. It does apply to first month's slip fee.
 
SLIP FEE CHARGED FROM TIME OF ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATION OR AVAILABLITY OF SLIP IF IT IS NOT IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE.
