furling gear & halyards. Noisy halyards will
drive your neighbors crazy! Check your Bimini top
– we lose some every year. At least one dinghy sinks
every year – one did today!

NEW CREW! Please welcome
our new part time receptionist, Adriana. Our
hard working office staff is here seven days
a week to be of service to you. Please treat

PRICE INCREASE.
It has been over FOUR YEARS, but
we had to bring our prices in line. If your
slip is affected, you will see this on your
October statement. The deposits increases
will be reflected on your Nov. statement.

Deli delivers at NO CHARGE! Mike and his team
are ready to serve your needs and will deliver
right to your boat.
Beer and wine will be 
available soon. If you have not tried the
Deli, please do. You will be glad you did.
SAFETY. Boats overhanging
the dock are a real safety problem. Please
be certain your boat is tied up properly and
NOT overhanging the dock. Remember: nothing

WATCH! Reminders to all Tenants,
do not to allow access to anyone without keys
on to the docks, they probably don’t belong.
If someone does not have keys, please direct
them to our office or if after hours to our
Security Guard. To protect the security of
our marina always report any suspicious activities.
BOAT WORKERS:
Boat workers, crew & all other agents
of owner are required to check in and out
at the marina office - even when you are here
with them.
