SPRING IS HERE!  We are looking forward to a wonderful, fun filled spring here at SUNROAD MARINA!  Please remember parking is limited.  Have your guest’s car pool and plan ahead

NEW ADDITION:     Please come visit the newest commercial tenant at Sunroad, Dana Island Yachts  - Suite 135.

LIVEABOARD:  Marina rules require anyone living on their boat to be registered with the marina.  If you are not certain if this includes you, stop by the marina office to find out.  

MARINE INSPECTION:  Mark Saturday, June 17th on your calendar!  This is your opportunity have your boat inspected by the pros at no cost!  Great opportunity. 

FREE MONTH’S SLIP RENT:  Congratulations to Mr. Cheatly F 41_ the fifth winner of the free month slip rent drawing in 2006!  Remember, to be included in our drawing, you just need to have your account current. 

ELECTRICAL.  Many sub standard electrical cords & connections have tagged to remind you to bring them up to code.  Please do so as soon as possible.  Prevent a fire! 

NEW INFO.  Please notify the office of any new telephone numbers, cell numbers, new address etc.  We also need to get everyone’s e-mail addresses.  Obviously, we DO NOT share your information with anyone for any reason without your permission. 

DOCK CARTS.  Please return a clean dock cart to the ramp as soon as possible.  Do not overload carts and be careful on the ramps.  Remember, carts are for tenants use only, not boat workers.  HIJ carts have been seriously damaged recently - please let your neighbors know this is not acceptable and may result in no carts at all. 

SWIMMING POOL.  Reminder:  No glass or smoking in the pool area.  14 and older only in the Jacuzzi.   An adult must be inside the pool enclosure with all children under 14.  Thank you.
