NEWS! The plumbing & wastewater issues
have been solved and our Deli is scheduledto open
very soon! Please let the office know what you want
to see in the Deli & we will do our best to provide
it. The more input, the better |

RECYCLE PLAN:
Kelly wants to save the planet, so we are going to
go with a recycling plan. We hope you will all join
in and make it work. Lookout for the Recycle bins
near each trash dumpster and posted notices. Please
contact office with any questions. |

to be included in our drawing, you just need to have

ELECTRICAL. Many sub
standard electrical cords & connections have been
tagged to remind you to bring them up to code. Please
do so as soon as possible. Prevent a fire! |

NEW INFO. Please notify the office of any
new telephone numbers, cell numbers, new address etc.
We also need to get everyone’s e-mail addresses. Obviously,
we DO NOT share your information with anyone for any
reason without your permission. |
DOCK CARTS. Please
return a clean dock cart to the ramp as soon as possible.
Do not overload carts and be careful on the ramps.
Remember, carts are for tenants use only, not boat
workers. Heavy duty carts are available at office. |

SWIMMING POOL. Reminder: No glass or smoking
in the pool area. 14 and older only in the Jacuzzi.
An adult must be inside the pool enclosure with
all children under 14. Thank you
