Holiday weekend is Friday, June 30th - Sunday, July
1st. & The Fourth! Parking rules will be strictly
enforced! One tenant
vehicle ONLY inside the gate. Guest parking first
come first served. WHEN
IT IS FULL, IT IS FULL. ILLEGALLY PARKED CARS WILL
BE TOWED!! NO
RV's, Trailers, Oversized vehicles. |

Parking
At ISLAND PRIME & AIRPORT LOT will be available
for $20. Harbor Police will CLOSE THE ISLAND to
traffic when it is full!! |
FIREWORKS!!
There will be a fire works display at 9 p.m. almost
directly across the bay from the marina. The show
is complemented with a musical score broadcasting
on 94.1 FM. |
POOLSIDE MANNERS.
help us keep our pool and Jacuzzi a nice place to
be. Parents must be present with children under 14
in the pool & Infants must have swim diapers.
14 & over ONLY in the Jacuzzi. Your cooperation
s appreciated.
FREE MONTH’S SLIP RENT! Congratulations to
Mr. & Mrs. McGill in K39 the
seventh winner of the free month slip rent.
RECYCLE Thank you for making our recycle
program a success. Blue recycle bins are at the dumpsters.
Please help us by NOT leaving batteries, old oil etc.
next to the dumpster – DISPOSE OF IT PROPERLY!

Looks like a great fishing season. Please remember
– no fish cleaning or bait dumping in the marina.
Also most of us are asleep when you are getting underway.
Please be considerate of your noise and lights. |
DOCK CARTS. We have nice new dock carts.
Please help us keep them that way by not overloading
them. Make two trips! We have heavy duty carts available
at the office for those heavy, big loads. Please use
them.
