TONS OF SEAWEED! If you stop out by the Reuben E. Lee and back down before coming into the marina, the seaweed will fall off your boat & you will not bring it into the marina. Good idea to check your reverse before you need it too! Thank you.

WINTER STORMS. Please be sure you boat is tied up properly and canvas & furlers are secure. Dinghies fill with rain water and sink! Car cover? Check yours.

PARKING: Reminder - Parking stickers (or temporary passes) are required on all vehicles in the marina NO VEHICLE STORAGE without permission from the office! All vehicles MUST
fit entirely into the space – width & length. Please contact me with any special needs.

ELECTRIC METERS: We will be replacing some electric meters soon. Anyone who needs to be present when their electrical is turned off for this, please let us know as soon as possible.

DOGS: As you know, dogs are not allowed at the marina. This is also true for your guests. Please ask them to leave their pets at home.

LOCAL CONTACT: It is very important that we have a LOCAL contact for any tenant.
Please contact office if you do not have one and we can help you. This could save
your boat. New address, phone number, cell phone number? Please let us know.

INSURANCE & REGISTRATION. Please remember this expires yearly and you must supply us with a copy of the new one every year.

ENVIRO ALERT! We all need to be aware and protect our marine environment. Boat workers are required to use Best Practices and be registered with and check in and out of the office. Please be certain they do. This is for your protection.

BIKES & DINGHIES. All Bicycles & dinghies must have a Sunroad Sticker (available in marina office). We have recently tagged several which do not. Please check yours.
