inspected and re-filled by the pros.

MONTH’S SLIP RENT: Congratulations to
Mr. Burton I 11, the fourth winner of
the free month slip rent drawing in 2007! Remember,
to be included in our drawing, you just need to have
your account current.
ELECTRICAL. Many sub standard electrical
cords & connections have been tagged to remind
you to bring them up to code. Please do so as soon
as possible. Prevent a fire!
GUESTS. Please notify the office when
you have guests arriving and that they are authorized
to have keys and access to your boat. We will give
them guest parking passes and temporary keys. Let
us know if you will be here to meet them or
not.
This way we can roll out the Red
Carpet for them.
DOCK CARTS. Please return a clean dock cart
to the ramp as soon as possible. Do not overload carts
and be careful on the ramps. Remember, carts are for
tenants use only, not boat workers. We have heavy
duty four wheel flat carts for those heavy loads-
just ask!!
